We aim to dispatch your order within 48hours (Weekdays & excluding bank holidays) of placing your order for Standard Delivery and on the same day for 2 Day & Next Day Delivery Services if your order is placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 1pm for these 2 services will be sent the next working day. We will always contact you if there is going to be a delay for any reason, but this is most unusual. 

OPTION 1 - UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95

This option is for UK postcodes and the cost is £3.95 per order. You MUST allow 3-5 WORKING days for this service. We aim to dispatch your order within 48hours of placing your order. Standard Delivery is sent by Second Class Royal Mail, Second Class Recorded Royal Mail and Royal Mail Parcel Service. Please provide an address where your parcel can to signed for to ensure that we know it has been safely received. We will always state in your email update to exactly how your parcel has been sent. This delivery time is a guideline from Royal mail.

Shower My Baby Recommends: If your party is less than 4 working days away, we strongly recommend our 2 working day service (£5.95), but please note that this is weekdays only and less than 2 days away our next day service (£6.95) to avoid any potential disappointment. For example: If you order after 1pm on Wednesday, your order would not be processed until Thursday so delivery would actually be on Monday if you have opted for the 2 day weekday delivery service. If you order after 1pm on Wednesday and opt for our Next Day Delivery Service, your items will be delivered on Friday.

Please note: For larger and higher value parcels, we send by courier (Fed Ex) for insurance purposes. If your parcel is sent via this method, you will be fully informed when we send you your dispatch email update. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday or Tuesday.

Please note: Orders to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and anywhere outside mainland Britain that is classed within the UK will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail at a cost of £3.95. This excludes Nappy cakes, Lawn Signs & Pinata Busters - you will need to ask for a quote if you require any of these items to be sent to the areas mentioned above. If you require a courier service or Next Day Service to any of these areas, please call for a quote.

FREE DELIVERY - ALL ORDERS OVER £50 - UK ONLY

Orders over £50 receive FREE UK delivery and these are sent by Standard Delivery.  Please see above for full details of this service. If you need quicker service than this then please make this selection at checkout and a charge of £5.95 or £6.95 will be added to your order, depending on which option you choose.

This delivery method is £5.95 and you should allow 2 working days for delivery to UK Postcodes. This is available Monday - Friday Only and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday, your order will be delivered the following Wednesday. Deliveries are made between 8.30am - 6pm and are made by FED EX UK. Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address.

OPTION 3 - UK GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SERVICE - £6.95 (Mon - Fri)

This delivery method is £6.95 and will be delivered by 6pm the following working day to UK Postcodes. This is available Monday - Friday Only and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday. Deliveries are made between 8.30am - 6pm and are made by FED EX UK. Your order must be placed BEFORE 1PM in order to be delivered on a next working day service. This delivery method is £12.95 and will be delivered by 12 NOON the following working day to UK Postcodes. This is available Monday - Friday Only and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday. Deliveries are made between 8.30am - 12 NOON and are made by FED EX UK. Your order must be placed BEFORE 1PM in order to be delivered on a next working day service. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address.

OPTION 5- UK SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE - £15.95

We offer a UK SATURDAY delivery service EXCEPT FOR NAPPY CAKES, PINATA BUSTERS & LAWN SIGNS - this is due to being oversized for Royal Mail Special delivery. If you require any of these items, you must call for a quote as they can be delivered by Fed Ex Courier Service, but only when this has been quoted and paid for. All orders must be placed no later than 1PM on a Friday and will be sent be Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1PM on Saturday. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address. Please see additional charges at Checkout. Please also note that this service can only be used to Residential UK addresses and NOT Business addresses.

OPTION 6- OVERSEAS DELIVERY SERVICE - £15.95

The cost for delivery to Europe & The rest of the World is £15.95 for a standard parcel and is sent by Air Mail. If your parcel weighs higher than the standard rate costing £15.95, we will email you to inform you of the difference to be paid before dispatching. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Delivery timescales are only an indication. Delays including customs delays do on rare occasions occur and Shower My Baby will not refund delayed items outside our control. If you need your items on a quicker service, then please call for a quote as we can send them Internationally by Fed Ex, but only when a quote has been given a paid for. WE DO NOT SEND NAPPY CAKES, LAWN SIGNS OR PINATAS OVERSEAS UNLESS A QUOTE HAS BEEN GIVEN AND PAID FOR.

Please allow up to 7 days for personalised items such as Plates & Pottery. We can offer personalised labels, sashes, ribbon, adhesive labels & chocolate bar wrappers on a next working day service as long as your order is placed before 12 NOON. Please allow 3-4 days for Nappy Cakes as each one is made to order. We will always inform you immediately if your order is going to take longer or an item has become out of stock. Prices, payment and VAT :

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT of 17.5%.

How are your nappy cakes wrapped? 

Each nappy cake is placed on a specially made white hardboard base and securely wrapped in cellophane, then sealed with two large bows and lots of ribbon. We then add one of our customised tags complete with “ingredients” listing. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3-4 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY AS EACH CAKE IS HANDMADE TO ORDER.

Can you tailor make a Package?

We can tailor make any Baby Shower and/or Nappy Cake Package to suit your budget and requirements. We have lots of requests for “twins” nappy cakes and specific Baby Shower themes. We are always happy to help you to plan your party. Please call us on 0845 2240514 for further information.

Packaging

As a company we are very aware of the environmnt so wherever possible we recycle boxes and packaging.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier. We will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less the delivery charge and any other charges incurred by Shower My Baby, including a £5.00 administration fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalised items or items that have been removed from their original packaging.  We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items to us as a receipt for your return.  We will contact you by email once your items are received and will provide the amount that is to be refunded to your credit/debit card that was originally used.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Shower My Baby. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.

Non-acceptance of an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
