How long does delivery take?

Usually within 48hrs (weekdays) from placing your order. Orders are usually dispatched the day after your order is placed, using 1st class recorded Royal Mail (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), but if your order is placed before 12 Midday, we aim to dispatch it the same day. If you have a deadline for delivery, such as a weekend baby shower, then please inform us when you place the order. We will keep you up to date via e-mail as to when your order has been dispatched and we can provide you with consignment details if you wish, so that you may track your order. ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR SO PLEASE PROVIDE A SUITABLE DELIVERY ADDRRESS. Please contact us by email for Overseas delivery terms.

Please allow up to 7 days for ALL personalised items such a Keepsake Plates, labels & Bookmarks. Please call if you have a tight time scale. We will always try to meet your needs if needed within 7 days.

We now offer a UK SATURDAY delivery service. All orders must be placed no later than 2PM on a Friday and will be sent be Royal Mail Special Delivery guarenteed before 1PM on Saturday. Please see additional charges at Checkout. Prices, payment and VAT : 

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT of 17.5%.

How are your nappy cakes wrapped?

Each nappy cake is placed on a specially made white hardboard base and securely wrapped in cellophane, then sealed with two large bows and lots of ribbon. We then add one of our customised tags complete with “ingredients” listing.

Can you tailor make a Package?

We can tailor make any Baby Shower and/or Nappy Cake Package to suit your budget and requirements. We have lots of requests for “twins” nappy cakes and specific Baby Shower themes. Please call us on 0845 224 0514 for further information.

What if I encounter a problem with your website?

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier. We will send you a refund cheque for the amount you paid, less the delivery charge and any other charges incurred by Shower My Baby, including a £5.00 handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalised items.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Shower My Baby. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.

Non-acceptance of an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
